Return & Refund Policy

All return of goods / products have to be agreed upon discussion and confirmation through phone conversation and fullfilling condition as below: 

  1. Provided valid reason of either nature defect or wrong item received only.
  2. Provided clear receipts or purchase order from us.
  3. Goods / products' arrival date not longer than 7 working days.
  4. NOT accepting goods / product exchangable for random request.

 

Nature Defect Goods / Products

  1. Replace with for same or exachange with equivalent value good / product; and compensate returning delivery fees
  2. Refund for full amount and compensate returning delivery fees

 

Wrong Goods / Products Receival 

  1. Replace with for same or exachange with equivalent value good / product; and compensate returning delivery fees
  2. Refund for full amount and compensate returning delivery fees only if the packaging being as original condition in original shipping container as received

 

We will NOT be responsible to refund or exchange if

  1. The goods / products has been used or damaged by the customer.
  2. Your shipment is lost during the return transit.

 

Once we have checked and confirm the goods / products, customer will receive their refund within 14 working days after the confirmation.
